Hi, I’m JoJo… Johonna Pecolia Brown, and I am both proud and humbled to have created and now lead Limitless & Infinite Transformations, a non-profit organization. It is a journey that fills me with gratitude and a deep sense of honor, as I continue to help others transform their lives. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
“With unwavering determination and resilience, we can conquer any challenge and achieve limitless, infinite growth." - JoJo
I bring over 13 years of extensive experience in the behavioral health field, where I have demonstrated leadership in managing and developing innovative programs that serve diverse populations, from infants to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve overseen federally and state-funded programs, as well as private agency initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading teams of over 100 staff members.
“I once was lost, but now I’m found!”
“Fall in love with the person you see in the mirror!” - JoJo
One of my proudest achievements is being part of the effort to bring a Human Trafficking Shelter to Orange County, a critical initiative given our region’s high rate of trafficking, especially along the I-4 corridor. Additionally, I was a part of the effort in introducing Early Childhood Court (Baby Court) to Orange County’s Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida; one of the first in the state of Florida to bring this important specialty problem-solving court to our area.
“Transformation isn't easy; it comes with its own set of challenges and trials. But each struggle has stretched me for greater things. Change is difficult, but it is attainable. I am living proof that transformation is limitless and infinite." - JoJo
“When you truly love yourself, your life will change!” - JoJo
Another significant milestone in my career was the creation of the Parent Support Squad (PSS), a teen parent program that holds personal significance for me as a former teen parent myself. This program was a long-held dream of mine and a powerful way to give back to those facing similar challenges. I also developed the Changing Adolescent Perspectives (CAP) program, which included designing the curriculum for both programs, which are currently funded by the Orange County Government. These programs are designed to support youth and families in navigating difficult situations.
“There is a difference between knowing what you deserve versus requiring what you deserve!” - JoJo
“Don’t ever let someone put a label on you! So a man thinketh, so is he!” - JoJo
Throughout my career, I’ve consistently transformed underperforming programs and exceeded performance measures by up to 200%, while also securing grants and funding to support these efforts. My expertise lies in revamping programs to meet personal and organizational performance measures, ensuring long-term sustainability and success. I take immense pride in my wealth of knowledge in program management, leadership, and my ability to drive meaningful change that positively impacts clients, staff, and communities.
“We may not control every card we are dealt, but how we play our hand defines our destiny.” - JoJo
My mission is to inspire all walks of life to embark on their unique journeys of healing and transformation, unlocking their fullest potential.
As a survivor of sexual abuse, a teen mother, a victim of domestic violence, a father and aunt who committed suicide, and so much more; I have faced numerous trials and tribulations. Through relentless hard work and perseverance, I have transformed my life. Not once, or twice, but throughout my life and my transformations are neverending.
“My pain revealed my purpose and my purpose is to touch as many lives that I am planted to reach!” - JoJo
"I believe in the power of transformation, embracing endless growth and limitless potential. My journey is one of infinite evolution." - JoJo
Opening my own counseling agency was a childhood dream and I lost sight of in the midst of the storms and pain. My journey is a testament to the truth that 'you hold the pen to your life’s story.' Dreams are still attainable!
